Beautiful house entirely renovated few years ago, located in a very quiet bay, protected from the wind, and near the Split Airport (25km). The villa is next to the sea (only 3 meters between the gate and the sea!), and has a large swimming-pool.
Ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a big sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets. the independent 1st floor with outside stairs access has exactly the same things. there is a little independent part with a bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom.
